About Face exists to provide a safe space for servicewomen, veterans, advocates and other concerned individuals to candidly promote the discussion of issues facing and influencing our community. We hope About Face will provide a forum for a variety of discussions among current military personnel, veterans and those who support them.

"About face" is a military term referring to the act of pivoting to face in the opposite direction from the original, especially in a military formation. It also refers to a complete change of attitude or viewpoint.
